Lyka initially partnered with Didero to support sourcing across key input categories, identifying and qualifying suppliers, running RFQs, and building competitive market benchmarks. Following strong results in cost savings and time efficiency, the partnership expanded into broader procurement operations, including purchase and work order creation, case pickup management, and supplier performance workflows within NetSuite.

The Solution

Didero’s AI agents took over supplier discovery and qualification across Lyka’s sourcing categories. Agents identified suppliers, assessed them against Lyka’s standards, compared vendors to surface lower-cost, high-quality alternatives, and ran outreach and qualification workflows end-to-end.
